We have a time frame allowance for placing orders. Any orders that are not placed within the listed time frame, will have a $50-$200 rush fee applied depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Private Chef Experiences are only for 20 people or less and have a special pricing. Please contact us for more details.
Small Catering Orders (10-50 people) must be placed at least 7 business days in advance.
Medium Catering Orders (51-100 people) must be placed at least 14 business days in advance.
Large Catering Orders (100-200 people) must be placed at least 2 months in advance.
XL Catering Orders (200+ people) must be booked at least 3 months in advance and have an immediate charge of $1500 for a full staff.
A $25 non refundable consultation fee is charged before any inquiry. This $25 WILL BE APPLIED to your final balance should you choose to move forward. A 50% Non- Refundable deposit is due the day of booking to secure the date and time. Please be aware that bookings fill up very quickly. There will be no reminders to secure your event. If the date has previously been booked by another party before the initial deposit is paid the invoice will be voided as the time frame is no longer available.
Full payment is due within 7 business days of the event (14 business days if the event is more than 50 people). Failure to complete the full payment will result in a forfeited deposit and a total cancellation of the services for the event. All services and payments are non refundable, if there is an issue with your catering order please contact us IMMEDIATELY as we guarantee satisfaction. In the highly unlikely event that the Chef Needs to Cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible and we will process a 100% refund within 24-48 hours. We will also recommend an alternative caterer and contact them regarding availability.
Payment signifies agreement to all terms and states that you hereby release Better Taste By Bri of any liability pertaining to your event. This means that Better Taste By Bri is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse or any other claims. All temperatures of meats are taken and monitored for quality assurance. Our chef is also Serv-Safe Certified and able to safely handle your order. Thank you again for doing business with us.
Plate sales are now as time permits as catering orders have taken a large portion of our attention. ALL orders must be pre-ordered by the FRIDAY of the prior week (the exact date will be provided each time) to guarantee your order. All same day orders are an additional $2 if offered they will be while supplies last and on a first come first served basis.
Please note that our items are non-refundable. However we are happy to correct any errors that may be result of a BETTER TASTE defective product. In the unlikely event this occurs please contact us and let us replace the item for you!
All orders placed with no payment will be disregarded and all orders attempted to be placed via text, or messenger will be denied. It is imperative that you are careful when ordering and select the quantities of each item you want. If the item is not selected and paid for the item will not be included in your order.
There are NO REFUNDS once orders are placed under any circumstances. If you order and fail to pick up your order it will not be refunded nor will you receive a credit. After 2 times of failure to pick up orders, you will will be subject to wait a 3 month period before you are able to order again.
Deliveries can be made for orders over $30 and there is a $5-$10 delivery fee depending on order volume and distance traveled. Please select a pick up time and be as prompt as possible. Order Pick Ups STRICTLY end at the end time listed each for each sale. If there is something wrong with your order please message us immediately for us to fix the situation. Please alert us of any allergies and understand that we are not responsible for any reactions, results or misuse.
